Terms and Conditions1 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are going to apply to any and all services provided by UK Telecom Distribution LTD., which will be referred to as holidayesim.com from this point forward, in connection with the sales of prepaid sim cards and any other related products that we might offer in the future.
1.1 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Customers and partnered distributors may purchase prepaid SIM cards from a variety of Mobile Network Operators through holidayesim.com. These SIM cards can be used immediately after purchase. On the website holidayesim.com, customers may both establish a profile for themselves and purchase sim cards. Customers also have the option to shop on our website as guests rather than registering an account in order to complete their purchases. Stripe, which may be found online at https://www.stripe.com/, processes all of our financial transactions.
1.2 REGISTRATION TO holidayesim.com
In order for a customer to access holidayesim.com services, they will be required to fill out a form and agree to the general terms and conditions. The following specifics need to be provided:

1.3 HOLIDAY ESIM ENGAGEMENT
We promise to take all efforts possible to give our clients reliable and quality service that is of high caliber. However, holidayesim.com does not promise that there will not be any interruptions to the service, that it will not be delayed, or that it will be fault-free.
1.4 CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
When making use of the Products or Services offered by holidayesim.com, the customer is not permitted to participate in any of the following activities:
- that is abusive, illegal or fraudulent;
- that causes the Network Operator, hoidayesim.com or its partners to be impaired or damaged;
When Customer is in breach of its obligations under this Sec. 1.4, holidayesim.com may suspend the Customer’s use of the Service. hoidayesim.com will notify the customer as soon as reasonably practicable about the suspension. During any period of suspension, the customer shall continue to pay all Charges due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended services.
1.5 START, DURATION, AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
The service contract between hoidayesim.com and the customer starts upon order confirmation whenever an order is made on our website https://holidayesim.com/.
The contract ends as soon as the customer receives the SIM card at the delivery address specified in the order. The customer is responsible for the activation of the SIM card and for the use of the service as per the Mobile Network Operator’s T&Cs.
2. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
2.1 PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payments are made by credit or debit card. Card transactions will be processed and secured by our online payment provider Stripe (https://stripe.com).
2.2 CHARGES FOR USE
All Charges are inclusive of TAX unless specified otherwise.
If the customer reasonably and in good faith disputes a charge or part of it, the Customer shall notify holidayesim.com of such dispute within 12 days of payment receipt, providing details of why the invoiced amount is incorrect and, if possible, how much the customer considers is due.
The customer shall not be entitled to set off any of his/her claims against claims of holidayesim.com, except where the customer’s claims are undisputed or have been confirmed by final court judgment.
When ordering on our website, the customer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the delivery method we offer. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the delivery will be accepted. The delivery address must be the same as the billing address. Any duty or customs charges for deliveries will be settled by the customer.
4. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
holidayesim.com reserves the right to charge:
a) 5 GBP cancellation fee for orders that have not left our warehouse yet.
b) 15 GBP cancellation fee + delivery cost for orders that have left our warehouse already.
c) up to 100% of the total order price if the product has been opened or damaged.
Returns are accepted within 15 days. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. The customer pays delivery fees for returns.
Faulty products must be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days.
The refund will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Digital products such as eSIM products are non-refundable.
5. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
holidayesim.com is not responsible for detriments arising as a result of service disruption or network unavailability. holidayesim.com provides no guarantee of constant availability of the network service. For any request please contact us via email at email@example.com.
6. INFORMATION COLLECTED
holidayesim.com gathers information provided to it either directly by the customer or from third-party sources. If the customer logs into their holidayesim.com account with a third-party service such as Google, hoidayesim.com will be given access to the customer's details in accordance with the authorization policies and controls set by the customer on the third-party platform or service.
holidayesim.com uses this information to maintain and improve our services, aiming to provide a more personalized experience to the customer.
Moreover, holidayesim.com may share personal information with vendors, service providers, and consultants who may require access to such information to upgrade or maintain operations. Entities who may have access to this information would be companies engaged in web hosting, storage, payment processing, fraud prevention and security, marketing and so on.
holidayesim.com may also disclose collected personal information with public authorities in the interest of national safety and law enforcement. This would be done only in accordance with all legal processes. If a customer's personal information must be shared, holidayesim.com will provide notice to them so that they are able to contest it.
